The latest version of the WCLB Standard Grading Rules for West Coast and Imported Softwood Lumber, No. 18, 2022 edition, is now available. The new rule book includes all updates to the National Grading Rules (NGR) as well as revisions to other grades specific to the WCLB rules. Among significant changes are the inclusion of a new interpretations section, updated species list, updates to MSR grade tables and visual grade design values, new seasoning provision for timbers, and incorporation of all revisions and corrections from previous editions.
